Join us for Hope On Girard’s biggest event of the year!
In the fall we gather for an evening of fellowship, live performances, and recovery-based activities to unite folks in revocery across our region! This year aims to be nothing short of spectacular with featured guest speaker Dawn G. from Brooklyn, NY, and musical performances by the Kensington Choir, pianist Scott Nisley, and the Sober Psycho Circus.
We encourage all to bring lawn games and outdoor activities, as well as blankets or chairs in order to comfortably enjoy the show and our guest speaker.

Second Saturday -- Halloween Karaoke
Join us for our monthly Sober Social event held on the second Saturday of each month!
In October, we’ll be hosting a Halloween-themed karaoke party. Event kicks off at 7pm followed by our regularly scheduled Beginner’s Late Night meeting at 11pm.

3rd Annual Sneaker Drive
Join us for a meaningful outreach event where we'll be distributing sneakers to those experiencing homelessness in our community.
As we come together to lend a helping hand, we'll be spreading warmth, comfort, and hope to those in need. Our mission is not just to provide footwear, but to show compassion, dignity, and support to our fellow neighbors who may be facing challenging circumstances.
But our outreach event is about more than just giving away shoes. It's about fostering connections, listening to stories, and offering a moment of human connection in a world that can sometimes feel isolating.
Trip to General Service Office
We are delighted to extend an invitation to you for a special day trip to visit the Alcoholics Anonymous General Service Office. This unique opportunity will provide insight into the inner workings of our international organization, allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of the vital role the General Service Office plays in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. Tour of the archives and library, where you will have the chance to explore historical materials and resources. This day trip promises to be both educational and inspiring, offering valuable insights into the collective efforts that sustain our fellowship worldwide.

Unity Night
The Unity Dance Event is a collaborative effort by six local clubhouses, Hope on Girard, Life or Death, Stepping Stones, Pennypack and The Last Stop, each bringing its unique flair to the celebration. Join us in fostering a sense of togetherness and solidarity within our community. Get ready to groove to the beats of our talented DJ, who will be spinning a diverse mix of tunes that will keep you on the dance floor all night long.
